For almost 25 years, GREGORIAN have thrilled millions of people worldwide with their choreographed shows and their ability to switch seamlessly from classical chorales to pop and rock songs. Their concerts have set new standards. With over 2,000 shows in 35 countries and more than 10 million albums sold, GREGORIAN are the most successful choir in the world. In November and December 2024, GREGORIAN will continue with their PURE CHANTS World Tour in Canada and in the USA. Frank Peterson, the creator and producer of GREGORIAN says: “Our Pure Chants concerts bring the most popular GREGORIAN classics in an atmospheric and tranquil sound environment. Pure Chants concerts are extremely peaceful, yet spectacular and unite the audience with the most beautiful melodies in the world.” The idea for GREGORIAN was born when Frank Peterson visited the royal monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial in Spain in 1989. Wandering through the medieval monastery and castle complex and listening to contemporary music on his Walkman, he found the inspiration for the sound experiment of mixing ancient Gregorian music with modern music. Peterson first realized his idea with Michael Cretu and the worldwide sound phenomenon "Enigma". Their first album "MCMXC a.D." was released in 1990 and quickly became a worldwide success. "MCMXC a.D." was number 1 in 41 different countries and went 57 times platinum and 45 times gold. It is considered as the most successful German album of all time worldwide. This gigantic success paved the way for GREGORIAN to take the musical idea one step further and to establish it as an independent music act. In 1999, with the start of production on the first album "Masters Of Chant", Frank Peterson seamlessly built on the success of "Enigma". In the following years, GREGORIAN has sold over 10 million CDs and 7 DVDs worldwide and achieved gold and platinum status in 24 different countries. At the end of 2024 and thus in time for their Anniversary World Tourin 2025, Frank Peterson will release a new GREGORIAN album. The album will include new songs as well as re-recordings of some well-known GREGORIAN classics. Frank Peterson has been involved in various musical projects and international productions for over 30 years. He has worked as a producer with Sarah Brightman, Enigma, Justin Timberlake, Andrea Bocelli, Paul Stanley (Kiss), Backstreet Boys, Alannah Myles, José Carreras, Tom Jones, Plácido Domingo, Errol Brown, Ofra Haza, Sandra, Josh Groban, Marky Mark, I Muvrini, Florent Pagny and Ricardo Cocciante, among others. In addition to GREGORIAN, Peterson has also been working as a show producer for Sarah Brightman and other top stars since 2005. Together with the world star, he produced the album and cinema production "Sarah Brightman - Hymn", which was acclaimed by critics worldwide.

The popular and multi-award-winning quintet Goitse was forged in the white-hot creative crucible of Limerick’s Irish World Academy. Named Live Ireland’s “Traditional Group of the Year”, Chicago Irish American News’ “Group of the Year”, as well as winning the prestigious “Freiburger International Leiter 2016” award in Germany, Goitse have become a leader of the new generation of traditional Irish ensembles.
Goitse has released six critically acclaimed recordings and maintains a year round touring schedule that includes performances throughout Ireland, UK, Germany, France and the United States. Their distinctive sound lies in the quality of their own compositions interspersed with age-old traditional tunes which make each performance unique. Laying the foundations for the music are World and AllIreland Bodhrán champion Colm Phelan and Conal O’Kane, who is fast making a name for himself as one of the finest guitarists of his generation. The gripping rhythm section sets a powerful drive for the music while the sweet, charismatic voice of Áine Mc Geeney draws audiences into a song the way few performers can. Multi instrumentalist Alan Reid features mainly on banjo and bouzouki, drawing from an extensive knowledge of archival collections of Irish which enriches the bands repertoire. Daniel Collins is a multi instrumentalist All Ireland Champion, and is known for his distinctively intricate bass work on accordion.
Together, the quintet Goitse makes what Irish Music Magazine calls “Music that’s brimming with energy and creative zeal.”

Lucy has been performing with the Barra MacNeils for 37 years. They come from a long tradition of Cape Breton music and dance that has been the foundation of creative pursuits over their musical career. Alongside her brothers she has travelled to Europe, Scotland, England, Wales,Ireland, the United States, Barbados, throughout Canada from Fogo Island, Nfld. To Iqualuit and a northern Quebec community, Puvirnituq.
The Barras recorded their first self titled album in 1986 and have continued making music, touring and recording throughout the years. During the 1990’s they were signed with record label Poly Dor and Opened for Celine Dion, Kenny Rogers and were special guests on two of Rita MacNeils’ Christmas specials.
The Barras made several appearances on Rita MacNeil’s CBC variety show from 94-97. In 2005 were guests on Rita’s beloved National Christmas tour in Canada. After separating ways with their label years later they continued on with recording and touring. Their lastest album is “On the Bright Side” recorded in 2017.
In 2015 Lucy was one of the artists in residence for the “Celtic Colours International Music Festival”. Here she was paired with Liz Doherty from Buncrana, Ireland to help select musicians and musical selections together for performances during the festival. It was a wonderful experience for both Lucy and the audiences who came to Celtic Colours and those that watched the online streaming shows.
In 2014 and 2017 Lucy was a special guest with Symphony Nova Scotia for their Rita MacNeil tribute concert. Here she performed with conductor Scott MacMillan, Symphony Nova Scotia and The Men of the Deeps.
During the pandemic which was a very quiet time for many Lucy started working on a solo album. Something she had wanted to do but the time never presented itself. She also felt in these uncertain times watching a world that was going through immense change and upheaval she wanted to leave something behind of herself and her lifetime attachment to traditional music and song.
