Remember when you used to listen to an entire album? Classic Albums Live does. For the first time in popular music, the greatest albums from the 60s and 70s are recreated live on stage. Classic Albums Live performs Rolling Stones, Sticky Fingers.

The stones’ best album opens with brown sugar, closes with moonlight mile. One of the greatest album closers of all time. The guitar playing is very forward thinking. Keith at the top of his game. Lots of different sounds and instrumentation, all accompanying Mick’s poetry. “tell me sister morphine - when are you coming ‘round again’. I’ve always maintained that Mick is a great lyricist it’s takes a big band to get this right. Strings horns keys, 3 guitarists, the acoustic work takes 5 different guitars. It’s complex and not easy to do but we got it we love the stones always have. There’s a hint of a lifestyle attached to loving the stones, a swaggering kind of attitude, we got that too.

Sticky fingers is the stones’ best album, we’re going to pay it the ultimate respect and perform it note for note - cut for cut.

Many of us recognize her from the platinum-selling Number 1 hit song “Stay (I Missed You)” from the film Reality Bites. Since then, she has enjoyed a successful career in music, film, television, voice-over work and children’s recordings. In addition to raising two children in LA, she stays busy working on her growing eyewear line, her music for grown-ups as well as books and CD’s for kids and families. VaughnCo Entertainment is proud to present “Rumours” The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac tribute show based in Los Angeles, California. The group recreates the legendary band in it’s youthful heyday from 1975-1979.

After finding huge success in Los Angeles, selling out their regular Roxy Theater performances month after month, the band moved from the world famous Sunset Strip to Casinos, Theaters, and clubs all over America.

The band is comprised of vocalist/artist/actor Jesika Miller, vocalist/film maker/photographer Rebecca Fishman, drummer/actor Ned Brower (Rooney, Mike Viola, Dawson’s Creek), guitarist/producer/engineer Taylor Locke (Rooney, Taylor Locke and the Roughs), and bassist/producer/engineer Nic Johns (Ben Lee, Margaret Cho, Room 8).

Festival Place Cultural Arts Foundation invites you to join them as they present the third Annual Classics in the Park. This year two very diverse groups of performers will be gracing the stage. ShockolaD , a Ukrainian duo and the Brilho Trio.

ShockolaD was founded in 2004 by Igor Hnydyn and Anastasija Litvinyuk. Ukrainian roots meet modern jazz, creating a sonic journey that is as dynamic as it is heartfelt. Reimagining traditional Ukrainian melodies through vibrant grooves, soulful improvisations, and contemporary influences, the ensemble seamlessly blends jazz, funk, electronic music, and world music elements. This fusion results in a sound that is both deeply rooted in tradition and boldly innovative. From the very beginning, ShockolaD's mission has been to bridge the past with the present by fusing Ukrainian folk songs and melodies with modern musical forms. Ukrainian music inspires the group because of its rich history, emotional depth, and natural affinity for jazz improvisation. This connection fuels their passion for cultural preservation while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of musical expression. Collaboration is at the core of ShockolaD's artistic vision.

The Brilho Trio , a violin, viola and piano trio formed by Dr. Vladimir Rufino (violin), Dr. Fabiola Amorim (viola), and Dr. Ryan Kolodziej (piano), brings to the stage their combined experience of chamber music and artistry, culminating in a blend of classical tradition and contemporary exploration.

Vladimir Rufino is a Brazilian-Canadian violinist and has brought his love of music to stages in South America and Europe as well as Canada and the United States. Vladimir currently performs regularly with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and as first violin of the Vaughan String Quartet, which released its debut CD in 2018. In addition to his performance schedule, Vladimir adjudicates for festivals and competitions in Canada and teaches at the MacEwan University Conservatory of Music and Mount Royal University Conservatory of Music.

Dr. Fabiola Amorim is a Violist and, as a chamber musician, she was a member of the Camerata Brasílica (Brazil) and the Villa-Lobos String Quartet (USA). She is also a founding member of the Vaughan String Quartet, which has performed in Canada, USA, France and Italy, and made its debut recording in 2018. Dr. Amorim maintains an active schedule as a concert violist and educator. She holds a position of viola instructor at the MacEwan University Conservatory of Music and Mount Royal University Conservatory of Music and adjudicates for festivals and competitions in Canada.

Dr. Ryan Kolodziej is enjoying a varied music career that has included solo and collaborative performances, accompanying nationally acclaimed amateur and university choirs, and individual instruction and group courses at the pre-college and university level. Ryan is also the Executive and Artistic Director of Primo Music Association, a not-for-profit that runs Centric MusicFest: a summer classical and art music festival in Alberta and has enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate and perform with Canadian musicians from coast-to-coast.

She has been performing at Festival Place ever since she was five years old. But now for the first time, she will be taking the stage with her own headlining show!

Avery Simpson’s voice is like no other — a stunning blend of power, vulnerability, and emotion that cuts straight to the heart. When you pair her unique vocals with her songwriting you get a performance like no other. Avery’s songwriting is all about storytelling, weaving together the highs and lows of life in a way that feels incredibly relatable. Whether she’s singing about love, heartbreak, personal growth, or the journey of self-discovery, her songs capture universal experiences that resonate with listeners of all ages. She is absolutely so excited to share new stories (and some unreleased songs) with you at this show!!

This show is overflowing with talent from start to finish. The band features a dynamic group of incredible musicians—Addison Wall, Jacob Carcoux, Payton Cook, and Ryan Lee—each bringing their own unique flair to the stage. Together, they breathe life into every song, captivating the audience with their flawless musicality and unforgettable melodies. BUT DON'T FORGET…this show will also include a special appearance from two amazing dancers Zoe Cook and Claire Abercrombie.
