Are food and beverage available?

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the front of house concession during performance events and can be taken into the theatre.
Where is parking?

Parking is available for free to the public on the south side of the facility, and overflow parking exists in the neighbouring parkade.
What time should we arrive?

The box office and concession typically open one hour prior to the start of a show. If you are participating in the Qualico Patio Series BBQ , it opens two hours prior to the specific show. Please call the box office at 780-449-3378 to speak to a customer service representative should you have questions.
What is your refund and exchange policy?

All ticket sales are final. If a show is postponed, patrons will be able to use their tickets for a future date.
